Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed directly on the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

We ship worldwide. In the rare event that our logistics network is temporarily unable to deliver an item to your specific location, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a direct link to monitor the journey of your package. You can also monitor your shipment at any time by visiting our dedicated Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the carrier network to update and display the initial tracking metrics online. If you experience any technical issues with your tracking code, please reach out to our support department.

Most items are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 12 to 24 hours. The estimated delivery standard is between 5 to 12 business days. Please note that during international holidays, peak seasonal demands, or unexpected customs processing times, standard delivery timeframes may experience extended carrier windows.

Please be noted that we are not responsible for structural delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including customs clearances, weather anomalies, sorting transitions between regional facilities and your local postal carrier, or ground and air transportation strikes. Any local import custom fees, duties, or cross-border processing taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in accordance with regional regulations.

Delivery Guidelines

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and entirely correct. To maintain fast transit times, our warehouse processes orders rapidly, leaving a brief window of approximately 12 hours to correct or amend an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@get-epicooler.com if you detect any typos or mistakes in your provided shipping coordinates.

In the event that tracking information confirms a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided on the order, but you have not physically received it, please contact your local postal carrier immediately using the reference details found on our Tracking Page. Our customer support team will gladly provide any necessary documentation to help you file a formal carrier inquiry regarding the missing parcel.

Please note that refusing to accept a delivery from the carrier without prior written coordination with our support team may result in the package being abandoned or returned to an unauthorized facility. Uncoordinated delivery refusals will be processed under our standard Returns & Cancellation Policy, and any return shipping surcharges applied by the carrier may be deducted from the final refund.
