Whenever you buy anything on the Website, you will be entering into a contractual relationship with Us, and this contractual relationship shall be bound and determined by these Terms and applicable laws.

Please be noted that all purchases that You will make on the Website will be sent to You from one of our fulfillment centers that will have a different address than our correspondence or office address. If you want to contact us or send us anything by post mail, please contact our customer support first, and you will be provided with the address and other contact details.

Please be noted that our products will be delivered to you from our international fulfillment warehouses. Thus, depending on the laws applicable in the country of your residence, your purchased products might be subject to local import duties, sales tax, or VAT custom regulations.

Our Products
The Website is an online store dedicated to selling residential consumer goods (“Products”). Please be noted that our Products are designed for personal household use and are not suitable for industrial or professional use. Delivery
Once you have placed your order on the Website and made the payment, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. After your order is processed, the standard delivery estimated time frame is between 5 to 20 calendar days if shipping is not affected by natural occurrences or carrier delays.

Please be noted that shipping terms may be affected by customs clearances, weather anomalies, local carrier transfers, or domestic transport strikes. We will not be responsible for external delays if the shipment is held back due to the aforementioned reasons. We ship our Products to the US, Canada, New Zealand, UK, and European countries. Shipping costs may differ depending on your selected place for delivery. The total amount of shipping costs will be displayed to you on the check-out page.

In case your purchase does not reach you within 30 calendar days, please report it to our customer support. In accordance with standard distance selling directives, if You do not receive your purchase within 30 days, you must contact us to establish an acceptable additional period of time for delivery. You shall be entitled to cancel the purchase only if We have failed to deliver your purchase within that agreed additional time limit.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchased Products, you may return them and get a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date. The 30-day return term will expire after 30 days from the day on which You, or a designated third party other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the purchased Products.

To exercise the right to return your purchased Products, You must contact our support team via support@get-epicooler.com. After you contact our support team, you will be provided with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and the specific return address. Please be noted that we will only accept returning Products that are sent with the provided code and delivered directly to our designated return facility.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the return before the 30-day period expires. We will not accept returns if you fail to contact us within this period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive and inspect the returning Products at our facility. We will issue the refund using the exact same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Please be noted that we accept returned Products if they are unused, undamaged, and sent back to us in the original package. If a returned item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and operational nature, you may be liable for its diminished value, which will be deducted from the final refundable amount. You will cover the shipping costs for returning the Products, and we do not compensate for return shipping fees except when returning a verified defective item. Please do not send any returning products to our corporate office address, as our administration staff cannot process physical product returns.

Warranty
All of our Products come with a standard two-year warranty. We will replace or exchange any item that presents structural or operational defects within the warranty term.

Please be noted that the warranty shall not apply if we determine that the product was subjected to misuse, accidental drop damages, improper power source connection, or general electrical negligence.

Pricing, Payments, and Charges

Returns & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible to request a return, replacement, or refund under the following standard parameters:

Once your package is received and inspected at our Returns Center, it takes 5 to 7 business days to issue your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the credit will appear on your original payment method within 3 to 20 business days.

3. Shipping Costs and Liabilities
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the initial purchase are non-refundable. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Tracking and Insurance: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item through standard postal services. For any return valued over $15, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Unapproved Returns: Items sent back to an unauthorized address or without a verified RMA code cannot be processed by our staff and will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the customer’s original payment method. If the product was initially purchased using a gift voucher, the refund will be issued in the form of a new store gift voucher.
